이번 도서 프로모션 진행 시
당사에서 예상했던 주문량보다 5배 이상 많은 주문이 처리되면서
죄송합니다만, 현재 도서 상품 외에 일반 상품도 배송이 지연되고 있는 상황입니다.

상품의 발송을 기다리실 고객님께 머리 숙여 사과 말씀드리며,
인력을 계속 충원해서
모든 상품은 늦어도 2주 안에 모두 받으실 수 있도록 하겠습니다.
